Responsibility
- to maintain and manage the summer activities timetable
- to ensure sure there are enough staff and volunteers on each day
- to support staff to recruit sports coaches and volunteers
- to book and manage spaces/sports ground for the activities to run from
- to book and manage transport
- to book and manage catering
- to support with the timetabling and activities plan for a five day a week summer programme for 200 to 250 young people aged 5 to 22 from a refugee background
- to liaise with staff and volunteers
