Responsibility
- this is an opportunity to work directly alongside KareHero’s cofounder and CPTO
- you will support them in their role and take on typical product management responsibilities
- it is an opportunity to work very closely with an experienced leader in technology as they help build a new company
- there is significant room to grow with the role and the company for the right person
- you’ll become the bridge and the glue between the business and the product team, facilitating communication and understanding
- on a day-to-day basis, you will be part of the product team, helping the UX, design, and engineering teams prioritise the most critical problems to be solved across all KareHero products
- you will work closely with our customer-facing teams and directly with customers, understanding needs, problems to be solved and communicating the roadmap
Requirements
- previous hands-on experience taking a product from zero to one in a startup as a product manager
- A proven track record of shipping products in a technical environment and working with developers and designers
- you know how to build a business case. You have commercial common sense
- experience working within a team using Agile methodologies and continuously improving teams
- genuinely excellent verbal and written communication skills to write roadmap documents, presentations, demos, value prop docs, epic documents and user stories. We'll test this as part of the interview process
- experience in compiling and executing implementation timelines and project roadmaps
