field service technician
Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- to provide a technical service to customers including service, repairs and preventative maintenance of Kardex systems
- to ensure customers receive a satisfactory service in line with agreed quality standards
- to provide customer training
- you will be responsible for the management and control of administrative tasks such as reporting, personal spare parts inventory and timesheets
- basic software and PLC troubleshooting & diagnostics
- adhere to local Health and Safety regulations
- ensure all customer feedback is recorded in a structured and professional manner to support our continuous improvement culture
- to maximise revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities, whilst carrying out day-to-day duties
