• handling new registration requirements
• confirming status of registrations / payments/ invoice information
• the main purpose of the position will be to provide and process information in response to all queries and requests about our products and services
• perform customer verifications
• support setup of new customer accounts
• support expenses / Pensions administration
• assist with the weekly reporting administration requirements
• whilst some experience is beneficial, it is not a set requirement as full training will be provided. A positive, customer focused mindset is what we are looking for
