Responsibility

  • talking with our customers via email and on the phone and identifying the correct products for each individual or group
  • providing expert advice to customers about our products
  • selling Kandoo Adventures products enthusiastically and efficiently
  • creating itineraries, booking summary documents and invoices
  • managing scheduled communication timetables
  • working with the customer and our local teams around the world to create bespoke adventures personalised to the customer
  • providing after sales support and advice

Requirements

  • you are able to travel internationally at least once a year
