- A real foodie with enthusiasm and passion for developing innovating dishes
- excellent knowledge of working with fresh and seasonal produce
- able to work autonomously as after training will be lead chef at smaller events and number two at larger events
- good knowledge of health and safety
- excellent organizational and planning skills with regards food preparation and storage, event timings and service
- to have high standards and expectations concerning food hygiene standards and safety guidelines in the kitchen
- able to work in a team and lead by example
- must have full clean driving license
Responsibility
- work with the team of chefs to ensure consistency throughout production and service of menu
- responsible for food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and standards are upheld
- work alongside the Head Chef to ensure that all health and safety, and food safety standards are adhered to and maintained
