Responsibility
- lead client engagements to undertake service design and service integration activities
- provide expert guidance on how to enable and improve a service-focused organisation
- design and deliver service designs that include client and 3rd-party integration of technology, processes and reporting
- report status, issues and risks to internal Engagement Lead or Principal
- develop ongoing continuous improvement plans, leveraging service metrics to perform trend analysis
- utilise internal IP, methodologies, standards, processes, and procedures
- collaborate with the internal engagement team to support other areas of ITSM and Risk Management projects as and when required
- facilitate working groups and workshops with the client to achieve Service Design and Architecture deliverables
Requirements
- minimum 7-years’ experience working in the financial services industry
- 5 years consulting experience in client facing roles that have had a Service Architecture focus
- demonstrable expertise at creating architecture-level service designs
- demonstrable background and experience in Solution Architecture roles, with some experience in Enterprise Architecture roles
- requirements Management and Stakeholder engagement
- ability to work at different levels of abstraction and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- minimum ITIL V3 certification
- excellent written and verbal skills
