electrical engineer
Responsibility
- ensure successful completion of assigned Electrical Reactive and preventative maintenance in a safe and timely manner
- ensure all paperwork and check sheets are completed in an accurate and timely manner
- ability to prioritise workload as required, liaising with your manager to ensure a satisfactory conclusion
- mentor and develop engineering apprentice
- ensuring full compliancy at all times whilst on site in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of staff and visitors to the site
- the ideal candidate will have completed an Electrical/Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent, have good interpersonal skills, a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to meet the demand of a fast paced food environment
- you will have a strong understanding of Industrial Electronics (Knowledge in Control Panels/Systems, variable speed drives, motors, low voltage DC, single and three phase wiring, etc
- strong fault finding and diagnosing skills and the ability to take action to ensure all issues are resolved, you will be a strong communicator who works well as part of a team
