Responsibility
oversee general company administration, including but not limited to maintaining records, managing correspondence, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
support the director in all aspects of project implementation, from planning and coordination to execution and evaluation
ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records by managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling statements, and producing financial reports as required
facilitate effective communication and collaboration with sub-contractors, vendors, and other external stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are met and relationships are maintained
lead the management of ongoing projects, ensuring that deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
Requirements
while formal qualifications are not required, relevant experience and a proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential
