- responsible for all aspects of dog grooming to the highest possible standard as appropriate to breed and owners’ requests
- to work well in a fast paced and busy environment as part of a hardworking and efficient team

- to continually update, improve and expand grooming knowledge and skill set by way of active reading, research and training
- providing appropriate care for dogs of all ages and breeds as per their individual requirements
- to take care to handle each dog in a way which prioritises their safety, security and wellbeing, ensuring dogs feel comfortable and confident during the experience
- to take bookings by telephone and online, providing outstanding customer service with a passion for all dogs in our care as per K9 Anytime’s reputable standard
- ensuring their environment is safe and clean at all times
