- fault find, diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions to get facilities back operational
- pipework and replacement
- perform planned preventative maintenance on equipment in the plant rooms
- carry out regular maintenance visits

- be able to manage your own job, including collecting the required tools and equipment for the jobs you are responsible for

Requirements
- willingness to work away with the occasional overnight stay
- weekend On call rota 1 in 4
- good work ethic
- punctual and well presented
- willingness to learn and take training courses as required
- facilities maintenance: 2 years
