Responsibility

  • chase overdue payments, escalating response in accordance with established processes
  • issue monthly invoices to all clients and review portal billing when required
  • forecast client payment
  • establishing relationships with clients Accounts Payable departments
  • follow up on billings queries & escalate issues as necessary
  • work closely with the Finance and Operations team to ensure accurate communication
  • issuing Customer Statement & Reconciliation of client accounts on a monthly basis
