Responsibility

  • we like using fresh seasonal produce and to vary our menus to promote different tastes and healthy eating
  • you will also be catering for children with food intolerances
  • there will be some housekeeping to do each day which consists of the nursery laundry
  • you need to have a level 2 Food Hygiene certificate and be familiar with The Food Standards Agencies
  • you need to be a confident, organised and an enthusiastic person
  • you will have sole responsibility for the food at the Nursery
  • nursery Cook will be responsible for the preparation of a variety of food for children aged 3 months - 5 years old
  • load the dishwasher and washing machine
