Responsibility
- to accurately record the financial transactions of the business
- the entry and supervision of entries to the purchase ledger, payroll and the genera; ledger
- reconciliation of bank accounts, intercompany accounts and other general ledger control accounts such as sales and purchase ledger
- liaise with HMRC, external accountants and third parties
- preparing monthly prepayments and accruals, Maintaining the Fixed asset register and posting the monthly depreciation charges
- completion and submission of VAT returns and to ensure all returns and payments are made and meet relevant deadlines
- to take this information and produce recognised financial documents such as Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow, Management Accounts, Budgets and any additional reports or analysis necessary to satisfy the requirements of the requirements pf the Partners of the business or other interested parties such as the Bank, HMRC or external accountants
