Responsibility

  • vehicle flow management recording where all machines come from and who they go to, updating V5 documentation
  • invoicing and credit control
  • stock control and management including updating our stock management system and implementing an annual stock take
  • office management and CRM experience
  • dealing with customer enquiries/bookings/emails
  • supporting the two directors with other admin/stock/IT duties as and when required
  • some small HR duties including holiday requests, ensuring training certificates are kept up to date etc
  • managing our small fleet of vehicles and ensuring MOT/Tax etc are kept up to date
