Requirements
- previous experience in groundwork or construction is advantageous but not essential
- strong understanding of health and safety practices within a construction environment
- ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery safely
- excellent physical fitness, with the capability to perform manual labour for extended periods
- good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills as required
