you will be working on all makes and models of vehicle, doing everything from fitting tyres to cam belts

Requirements

confident communicating with customers over the phone in a clear and professional manner
confident communicating with both workshop staff and customers to manage expectations and maintain customer satisfaction

knowledge of all makes and models of vehicle prefered
MOT tester or happy to train as one
