Responsibility
- construct, assemble, and dismantle scaffolds on construction sites
- safely erect scaffolding following blueprints and safety guidelines TG20 SG4.15
- safely erect scaffolding following blueprints and safety guidelines
- inspect scaffold structures for stability and safety
- utilize power tools, hand tools, and other equipment to fabricate and install scaffolding
- collaborate with other construction workers such as carpenters, welders, plumbers, and electricians
- perform tasks related to roofing, masonry work, painting, and other construction activities as needed
Requirements
- proven experience as a Scaffold Builder or similar role
- proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and equipment relevant to scaffold construction
- ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations in construction
- physical stamina and the ability to work at heights for extended periods
- proven experience as a Scaffolder, this role is piece work at least one person in the gang to have a valid CISRS card
- scaffolding: 2 years
