Responsibility
- install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware components such as computer systems, printers, scanners, and other peripherals
- diagnose and resolve hardware issues reported by users
- perform routine maintenance and upgrades on hardware equipment
- collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of hardware systems
- maintain inventory of hardware equipment and ensure proper documentation
- provide technical support to end-users regarding hardware-related inquiries
Requirements
- proven experience as a Hardware Technician or similar role
- strong knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals
- solid understanding of LAN, WAN, Wifi and familiarity with general operating systems and software applications
- experience with Blazor WASM/Server
- required to be 'on-call' – for occasional requirements
- excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- proficient in C# .NET 6/.NET Framework
- full UK driving license
