Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- log all incidents and requests within the managed service system
- keep track of ongoing work and pick up incoming work
- manage, prioritise and plan own work queue and deal with calls within SLAs
- liaise with 3rd Party Suppliers to resolve issues for our customers
- monitor and manage the protection of supported systems, including but not limited to antivirus and backup
- perform maintenance and upgrades of software and hardware in response to RMM alerts, support tickets and customer needs
- proactively drive your own workload, have the ability work under own initiative identify and drive through opportunities for improvement/change
- to create and maintain knowledge base articles to enable consistency

Requirements
- excellent communication and customer service skills with a positive attitude essential
- good problem-solving skills and ability to deliver consistently to tight timescales and changing priorities
- ability to learn new technologies and terminology quickly
- you will have previous experience in a IT Helpdesk role
- full UK driving license
- IT Support: 2 years
- customer service: 2 years
