- we are a looking to recruit a Temporary Part-Time Office Assistant to help in our Warehouse office
- you will also be expected to run the office in the owners’ absence
- the role is for approximately 10 hours per week
- monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8.45am - 12pm
- using Sage for invoicing and purchase orders
- dealing with UK couriers and waiting for collections
- extra hours on a Thursday may also be required, especially in December, so a degree of flexibility is essential
- answering telephone and taking customer orders
Requirements
- attention to detail and high level of accuracy is absolutely essential
- good organisational skills
- attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- experience in Sage 50 Accounts
- knowledge of Italian food products is an advantage
- professional, polite and friendly telephone manner
- ability to prioritise workload and to multitask
- previous experience in a similar role is essential
