minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
full UK Driving license – please note you must be able to travel to many locations as required
full DBS Clearance
an effective communicator with robust interpersonal communication skills at all levels
previous Catering Experience
Responsibility
attend all relevant training sessions as required
take delivery of food stock, ensuring that goods meet company standard, assist in maintaining and accurate recording of stock levels and stock rotation
to ensure sufficient food supplies throughout the service period. In the absence of the Chef Manager place any food orders
carry out any other reasonable duties requested by line manager
