Responsibility
- complete a wide range of People Services related documents and tasks
- provide general administrative support to the People Services Co-Ordinator’s and People Services Manager
- support the People Services Team with general day to day administration items and enquiries
- any other task as reasonably requested by their line manager
Requirements
- able to work to deadlines within a fast-paced / challenging environment and with a varied / full workload
- as a Shared Services Administrator you will complete general administrative duties for the People Services department
- ability to prioritise work tasks and control communication loops effectively
- any second languages – particularly an Eastern European language – would be advantageous but not essential
- any experience of working in an FMCG environment would be advantageous but not essential
- our client a market leading food manufacture are looking to recruit a Shared Services Administrator to join their people services based in Milton Keynes on an 18-month fixed term contract with an immediate start
- strong administrative and time management skills are important, including excellent attention to detail. This could be demonstrated in a past job or in school / further education
