- our client are seeking a highly-organised and efficient accounts administrator with the interpersonal skills to confidently liaise with clients and customers to provide excellent administrative duties via email, on social media, over the phone, and face-to-face
- as a growing business, we need a committed and focused individual, who can work alone and as part of a small team whilst maintaining a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- continually ensuring that animal welfare is the top priority
- organising the logistics of transport, accommodation, and anything else necessary for the project
Requirements
- PC literate
- fully competent using Excel
- excellent communication skills - on email, phone and face to face
- self-motivated and a 'can do' problem solving attitude
- the ability to work well under pressure, and be responsive to change
- decisiveness and conflict resolution
- both a team player and confident working independently
- excellent organisation, accuracy and time management skills
