  • we require a Care Manager to be part of the Management team and lead first line supervisory team members, Care Co-ordinators and Carers
  • the purpose of the role is to support the Staff team in ensuring excellence in terms of quality of care, safety and productive efficient systems that meet client need and CQC regulations
