- greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the salon
- answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- communicate with stylists and other staff members to ensure smooth operations
- handle cash transactions and process payments
Requirements
- previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a salon setting
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of salon services
