- to develop a communications and marketing strategy that supports and compliments the corporate strategy
- equality and Diversity Policy in the course of their work
- to manage all marketing and brand activities for all areas of the business
- to drive Brand to Customer activity and secure relationships and build loyalty with customers
- to proactively develop marketing campaigns that are at the forefront of the sector
- to build on our existing social media presence across appropriate platforms to ensure brand prevalence
- to use creativity to design in-house marketing materials and source the most cost effective production methods
- to develop and monitor against, agreed Key Performance Indicators, innovative marketing campaigns which are effective and demonstrates value for money
Requirements
- A marketing degree or CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing
- extensive experience in commercial marketing, social media and website management
- A solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles, including effective campaigns using cloud based software i.e. Mailchimp
- knowledge of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
- willingness and ability to work flexibly with occasional evenings and weekends to maintain service delivery
- able to work closely and establish positive relationships with all stakeholders
- experience of copywriting
