Responsibility
- ensuring the grill area is kept clean and tidy using the ‘clean as you go’ approach
- communicating any quality issues with the Head Chef
- conducting regular checks of all grill areas to ensure they are compliant with the company Policies and Procedures
- ensuring all preparation, closing-down and other associated tasks are completed effectively and efficiently
- supporting with the completion of weekly grill reports and submitting them to the Head Chef
- you will work as part of a strong kitchen team with your main focus being on the use and operation of the large Churrascaria grill, where all the meat and other ingredients are skewered and grilled throughout the day
