  • to oversee the clinical service and advise the manager regarding matters affecting the clients health & wellbeing
  • to liaise with other healthcare professionals and multi-disciplinary local teams
  • be caring, sympathetic and tactful when dealing with clients and their relatives
  • to advise care workers on good practise issues and care related subjects, training and supervisory role
  • to audit the plans regularly and advise the manager of gaps and non compliance
  • to prepare, update and maintain client files to acceptable company and regulatory requirements, ensuring care plans are up to date and relevant
