  • provide technical support for Microsoft Win 10, Win 11 Mac OSX, iOS, and iPadOS
  • advise schools on upgrades to existing equipment and replace this equipment as required
  • administer and configure DHCP, DNS, User Groups and User Accounts as well as email accounts
