Responsibility
- supervise a team of 25 warehouse workers
- manage inventory levels and ensure that the warehouse is organized and efficient
- coordinate with shipping and receiving departments to ensure that orders are shipped on time and accurately
- resolve customer complaints and ensure that customers are satisfied with their orders
- other duties as assigned
- the Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring that orders are shipped on time and accurately
Requirements
- strong leadership and management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 5+ years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
