Responsibility
- to promote the services and products of IAW within the restaurant, events and hospitality sectors
- management of existing customer accounts including regular communication and customer visits/meetings
- utilising the Companies CRM software to assist with Account Management
- offer a fast and polite response to all correspondence with a speedy turnaround to all enquiries
- quoting IAW in a timely and accurate manner, following up productively to close sales
- order processing and liaising with the production teams
- creating an individual database of cold prospects to actively create new business
- being flexible towards other office and sales duties which may arise
Requirements
