Responsibility
- managing the overall aspects of the service for a smooth running of various sites
- managing stock, monitoring orders of food and non-food items from vendors approved by the business
- organising, employing, training new staff and motivating staff in the kitchen and front of house
- assisting kitchen staff with food prep and recipe creation
- ensure all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene procedures are met across various sites
- ensure company paperwork and due diligence is completed accurately
- ensuring that the quality of food is consistently high and that hygiene standards are exceeded and well displayed
- budget, lead and deliver hospitality and events
Requirements
- excellent knowledge of culinary ingredients and practices
- food hygiene and food preparation qualifications
- proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff
- ability to delegate tasks
- ability to work in challenging environments, while maintaining high standards
- organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- excellent customer service skills
- hospitality or events experience preferred
