Responsibility

  • maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online
  • reconcile multiple bank feeds and credit card accounts
  • manage payroll and pension submissions
  • raise and record invoices, handle expense claims, and maintain proper documentation
  • liaise with our accountant to prepare quarterly VAT returns and end-of-year accounts
  • provide ad hoc reporting to support business decisions
