Requirements
- you must be highly organised with a keen eye for detail

- experience of the construction industry
- expereince in a Project Management or similar role
- project management: 1 year
- construction Industry: 2 years
Responsibility
- ensuring orders are placed with suppliers ahead of schedule to ensure timely deliveries
- oversight and managent of our Project Co-Ordinator, Site Engineer and Site Manager's responsibilities, such as RAMS, accommodation, lift plans, plant, tools and equipment hire and ordering materials
- be the primary point of contact regarding the projects for all project stakeholders including all internal Company departments, such as finance, transport, engineering and commercial
- raising and managing price variations
- being the first point of contact for financial issues raised by project stakeholders
- chasing payments
