Responsibility
- oversee media spend and manage a significant marketing budget for all channels
- manage and liaise with the PPC agency on campaigns, spending and strategy
- conduct SEO audits and make changes accordingly
- manage the day-to-day running of the website
- actively manage external developer agency to evolve UX/UI
- track and implement strategies to ensure we are meeting performance metrics
- ensure on-site end-to-end customer journey is a seamless experience for our customers
- responsible for managing a team of direct reports and stakeholder management
Requirements
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- experience using Shopify, Google Analytics, Hotjar and any SEO/PPC platforms is essential
- embraces a fast-paced environment
- digital Marketing & Ecommerce experience essential
- experience in managing a small team
- considerable drive and the desire to achieve set goals
- good project management skills
- excellent IT skills
