Responsibility

  • daily invoicing and control of hours being booked accordingly
  • submission of warranty and R & M claims to the manufacturer
  • assisting with administration requirements from the manufacturer to comply with dealer standard
  • control of work in progress through to invoicing
  • sending out information to customers when instructed to do so
  • maintaining order with work requests and authorization
  • supporting all departments with Administration Duties including the preparation of daily banking sheets and the handling of Cash/Cheques
  • filing and recording of all workshop paperwork
