Responsibility
produce and present Cost Reports
manage procurement of electrical, plant and materials with suppliers and internal purchasing department
control of all subcontract packages
prepare, submit and monitor applications, variations and final accounts accurately
liaising with site personnel to obtain site records and reconciling against works claimed
ensuring that payments / notices are issued in accordance with contract and in a timely manner
manage all commercial aspects of the Electrical project from tender through to completion. This will include site visits to monitor the progress of each project
attending meetings as required
Requirements
have at least 5 years experience of electrical services preferably in New Housing Build
knowledge of Asite software
experience on projects ranging from £100,000 to £5million
BSC Degree in Quantity Surveying or suitable Engineering subject
