Responsibility
- produce and present Cost Reports
- manage procurement of electrical, plant and materials with suppliers and internal purchasing department
- control of all subcontract packages
- prepare, submit and monitor applications, variations and final accounts accurately
- liaising with site personnel to obtain site records and reconciling against works claimed
- ensuring that payments / notices are issued in accordance with contract and in a timely manner
- manage all commercial aspects of the Electrical project from tender through to completion. This will include site visits to monitor the progress of each project
- attending meetings as required
Requirements
- have at least 5 years experience of electrical services preferably in New Housing Build
- knowledge of Asite software
- experience on projects ranging from £100,000 to £5million
- BSC Degree in Quantity Surveying or suitable Engineering subject
- reside in the UK
- have rights to work in the UK
- surveying: 5 years
