Responsibility
we are now looking for an experienced contract manager to join our busy team, overseeing contracts in the North-West
TF Jones Property Services has steadily grown over the past 40 years to become a first-choice service provider for quality focused clients across the North West
we operate three distinct divisions at TF Jones Property Services; Fire Doors, Fire Stopping and Adaptations where we work in active partnership with our clients, to successfully deliver programmes of Fire Safety and Adaptation works
we care deeply about safety and quality and deliver all work in-house to ensure we maintain the high-quality end product we pride ourselves on
we also focus on winning long-term contracts that provide consistent, dependable, well-paid jobs for our workforce, which, in turn, provides opportunities for our people to learn, develop and progress financially
the role will primarily manage the adaptations division of the business, leading a team of supervisors and trade teams to deliver all aspects of an adaptation schedule of works
this includes planning and leading on the development, implementation and maintenance of systems and processes to ensure safe, effective and efficient methods of work
Requirements
minimum 3 years contract management experience
minimum 3 years contract management experience in a similar role
must have experience in social housing sector
degree level or equivalent
full UK driving licence
good working knowledge of trades and associated programme of works
experience of managing multi trade teams
experience of managing multi trade employed teams
