  • transfer calls to the appropriate person/department
  • maintain office supplies and inventory
  • take messages and promptly e-mail messages to relevant person

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
  • strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • professional demeanor and customer service-oriented mindset
