build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and establish new relationships with potential clients
create proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new opportunities alongside the Creative Director
identify sales opportunities and see them all the way through to completion
implement & manage CRM software and sales pipeline
design and produce sales collateral and promotional literature
develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities across the commercial & hospitality sector in the UK
report on sales targets and lead generation
achieve and exceed specified monthly and annual targets for lead generation
Requirements
understanding & experience in the world of design, construction, development, hotels and interiors
experience using tools such as Linkedin Sales Navigator and Apollo to target new business prospects
great campaign and sector knowledge across all the areas we deliver in, and the Design sector as a whole
A strategic ability and insight of your clients must be second to none
high level involvement and responsibility
understanding/awareness of design/creative process
commercially aware
A proven track record in growing accounts, winning new business/pitches/ solid experience of inbound sales and business development in a small to medium creative/design business
