Working hours

Responsibility

  • build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and establish new relationships with potential clients
  • create proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new opportunities alongside the Creative Director
  • identify sales opportunities and see them all the way through to completion
  • implement & manage CRM software and sales pipeline
  • design and produce sales collateral and promotional literature
  • develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities across the commercial & hospitality sector in the UK
  • report on sales targets and lead generation
  • achieve and exceed specified monthly and annual targets for lead generation

Requirements

  • understanding & experience in the world of design, construction, development, hotels and interiors
  • experience using tools such as Linkedin Sales Navigator and Apollo to target new business prospects
  • great campaign and sector knowledge across all the areas we deliver in, and the Design sector as a whole
  • A strategic ability and insight of your clients must be second to none
  • high level involvement and responsibility
  • understanding/awareness of design/creative process
  • commercially aware
  • A proven track record in growing accounts, winning new business/pitches/ solid experience of inbound sales and business development in a small to medium creative/design business
