Responsibility

  • carry out day-to-day operations of the cafe
  • food and drinks preparation and proper use of food and beverage equipment
  • serving customers
  • maintain updated records of food hygiene such as core food temperatures, fridge and freezer temperature records etc
  • ensure daily and weekly logs and records of tasks are maintained
  • add new menu items based on seasonality and customers’ preferences
  • deliver excellent customer service
  • ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy

Requirements

  • hands-on experience with professional coffee machines
