  • processing Purchase Invoices including Proforma payments. Knowledge of different tax codes essential
  • reconciling month end supplier statements and preparing payments
  • bank reconciliations
  • run and prepare quarterly VAT returns through Sage 50 Accounts
  • run weekly payroll. This includes pensions, submissions to HMRC, maternity pay and statutory pay on Sage50 Payroll
  • complete monthly Payment of CIS, PAYE, Corporation Tax
