Responsibility

  • to support the Clitheroe Engineering Stores facility receiving and dispatching goods required by multi-functions across the site
  • booking in and out related items whilst ensuring correct stock levels are maintained and identifying alternative vendors to optimise cost
  • to provide technical support for customers on availability of items and preferred vendors
  • liaise with procurement to ensure availability of parts for planned activities and ensure end users are informed of delivery
  • highlight any potential delays/cost issues/queries at source to line manager

Requirements

  • experience of a relevant discipline
  • experience within a manufacturing environment
  • excellent Mechanical/Electrical knowledge
  • A team player
