  • the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our installation teams as part of our Operational Support
  • key duties will include
  • workflow planning to allocate the correct Teams to the relevant Projects
  • advanced identification of gaps in activity or the requirement for additional resources
  • recruitment of additional resources as required
  • we are looking for a highly motivated, creative Works Manager that is experienced in the securing, organising, and managing of sub-contract labour resources
  • delivery of Project briefings
  • site visits as required to check on quality, safety and progress
