- managing the full offer process - from initiating negotiations, to securing successful

Requirements
- at least one years experience as a Lettings Negotiator in residential Estate Agency
- full Driving licence
- self-motivated with excellent organisation skills
- strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence
- the ability to communicate at all levels
- proven track record of achieving/exceeding your targets
- A good understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
