Responsibility
- for most of our clients we deliver quick turnover refurbishment of retail units
- you will be fully responsible for managing construction projects on site from start to finish, safely, on programme and within budget
- this will be a mixture of working and non working site manager role
- john Worth Group is a growing family business looking for experienced Site Manager for our Shopfitters nationwide business, we are looking to recruit on either a PAYE or self-employed basis
Requirements
- ability to deliver the project on time
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work under time constraint pressure
- ability to read and understand technical drawings/ specifications
- will have a minimum of 1-Years’ experience as a Site Manager
- NVQ Joinery/Carpentry or equivalent is preferred
- management: 1 year
- must have at least 5-years’ experience within the shopfitting sector and be competent in carrying out a variety of works to include, stud walls, suspended ceilings, installing display unitary, doors, frames, architraves and skirtings etc
