- processing accounts payable transactions, ensuring the timely and accurate settlement of staff expenses and supplier invoices
- verify invoices and expenses, ensuring proper approval has been obtained for goods or services received
- enter invoice and expense details into the Yooz or Sage Intacct system
- processing credit card transactions in line with company policy
- resolve queries related to accounts payable from suppliers and colleagues
- maintain supplier information in Sage Intacct
- complete month-end closure of accounts payable in Sage Intacct according to agreed timelines
- assist with annual audit and file preparation
Requirements
