Responsibility
- you are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming club atmosphere for our JOHN REED community
- you plan and coordinate the Front of House team’s monthly rota
- you manager the customer service email, ensuring the delivery of first-class customer service is met in every single communication
- you are responsible for reporting and supporting in any facility and maintenance issues
- you are responsible for monitoring stock levels of our products, and putting in re-orders when necessary
- you are readily available to advise members in their needs, and will sell them our products/services dependant on their needs
- you are responsible for managing your team, and the day-to-day administrative tasks, as well as maintaining club cleanliness, the upkeep of changing room and other facilities
- you are responsible in overseeing the Front of House teams’ delivery of customer service; in person, over the phone and via email
