  • we require a friendly, motivated and well-presented person to join the Service Team at our successful Ford dealership in Kendal
  • your duties will include dealing with our service customers both in person and on the telephone in a professional and courteous manner, booking vehicles in for service/repair on the computer system and preparation of invoices
  • previous customer-facing experience is essential as are excellent communication and IT skills. You will also need a full driving licence. This is a fulltime position and you will also be required to work Saturday mornings on a rota basis

  • you should be happy to work as part of a team and have an honest and diligent approach to work
  • MOT tester status would be preferred
  • A full driving licence is essential for this position
  • the training programme incorporates the Ford EV learning pathway
  • you should be qualified to NVQ Level 3 and have the ability to carry out vehicle service and repair in a professional and safe manner, contributing to a great customer experience
  • you will also need to be willing and able to carry out the video health check process which is now an integral part of our After Sales service
